FIELD NOTE

What you’ll read.

These terms explain how to use the ClimbSignal website and what to expect when working together—including project scope, pricing, payments, code and content ownership, confidentiality, cancellation and post-launch support.

01 / Who you are dealing with

ClimbSignal is a registered MSME studio (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-AP-10-0152913) operated by Praveen Miriyala, based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. References to “ClimbSignal”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ClimbSignal and its proprietor Praveen Miriyala. “You” means the visitor, business or client using this website or engaging our services.

These terms govern use of this website and set general expectations for our services. A written proposal, statement of work or service agreement defines the specific scope and commercial terms of an individual project. If a specific agreed project term conflicts with these general website terms, the specific project agreement applies, subject to applicable law.

02 / Website use and enquiries

Please use the website lawfully. Do not misuse forms, submit material you have no right to share, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and must be at least 18, or have the authority to act for the organisation you represent.

Sending an enquiry, requesting a review or arranging a discovery call does not by itself create a paid project or require either party to proceed. Work begins only after we agree the scope, commercial terms and any requirements for starting.

03 / Scope, pricing and payments

Services may include WordPress website design, custom development, redesigns, migrations, landing page design, WooCommerce development, WordPress and WooCommerce SEO, AI search visibility, Google Business Profile optimization, speed optimization, consulting and ongoing maintenance agreed with you. Deliverables, exclusions, fees, payment milestones, revision allowances and expected timelines will be recorded in your written project proposal or agreement.

Website prices, examples and budget ranges shown on this site are general guidance rather than a binding quotation. Hosting, domains, third-party plugin licences, external APIs and applicable taxes will be identified in your quotation where relevant. We never charge additional project fees without your prior agreement.

Payments are due according to the agreed milestone schedule. If a payment becomes overdue, we will contact you before pausing work or withholding an unpaid deliverable, and discuss any impact on the delivery timeline with you.

04 / Your contribution and project changes

You agree to supply the content, access, approvals and feedback reasonably needed for the project. You must have permission to use the text, images, trademarks, data and other materials you provide. Share account access through an appropriate secure method, rather than a public form.

Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, necessary access and third-party availability. We will communicate material delays. Additional pages, features, integrations or revisions beyond the agreed scope require an agreed change to price or timing before that extra work starts.

05 / Ownership, licences and handover

You retain ownership of materials you provide. Ownership or licence rights in project deliverables, and the point at which those rights transfer, will be stated in the project agreement. That agreement will also identify what is included in handover, such as editable files, website access or documentation.

Third-party software, fonts, photographs, plugins, themes and other licensed assets remain subject to their owners’ terms. Our pre-existing tools, methods and reusable components remain ours unless otherwise agreed; any rights needed to use them within your delivered project will be specified. We will agree any use of your project in our portfolio with you.

06 / AI-assisted work and confidentiality

We may use AI to assist research, idea development, coding and routine workflow tasks, with human direction and review. AI assistance does not replace the agreed scope or our responsibility to review our work. Tell us about restrictions on AI or third-party tools before work begins so they can be included in the agreement.

We treat non-public information you share for a project as confidential and use it for the agreed work, except where disclosure is authorised by you or required by law. Sharing identifiable or confidential client material with an external AI service requires your permission or an express provision in the project agreement. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy .

07 / Cancellation and refunds

You may ask to cancel or pause a project by contacting us in writing. We will review the work completed, payments received and any third-party costs you approved. Any cancellation charge or refund will follow the agreed project terms and applicable law; there is no blanket “no refunds” rule under these website terms.

If no cancellation arrangement has been agreed, we will discuss a fair settlement for completed work and approved costs, and return any amount that is not owed. If we cannot continue the work, we will notify you and arrange the handover and any refund due for undelivered work. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy required by law.

08 / Results, support and third-party services

We work toward the goals agreed for a project, but cannot promise a particular search ranking, traffic level, revenue, conversion rate or uninterrupted availability. Results also depend on your content, business, hosting, competitors, search engines and other factors outside our control.

Ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, backups and support are included only when expressly agreed. The project agreement will define any post-launch support period. External platforms and software may change their features, pricing or availability; related work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.

09 / Website content and liability

Articles, examples and other website content provide general information and are not tailored legal, tax or financial advice. Do not copy, sell or republish ClimbSignal’s original website materials without permission, except for uses permitted by law or an applicable licence. Links to other websites do not imply control over their content or services.

We take reasonable care in providing services and maintaining this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Any further allocation of responsibility must be agreed in the project contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10 / Questions, disputes and changes

For questions about these terms or an active project, contact Praveen Miriyala at [email protected] or through our contact form. We will always seek to resolve any concern promptly through direct, practical discussion first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction, without restricting any mandatory statutory rights or consumer remedies.

We may update these website terms as our services evolve. Changes take effect for future website use from the updated date shown at the top of this page. They do not retroactively alter an active project agreement; any change to an agreed project requires mutual written agreement.
